JANUARY 2023 - Happy New Year! The best is yet to come! Looking forward to see all that the Lord has for this up coming year! Two Outreaches this year already! The weather has been cooler than usual. The precious people are looking for warmth! Still given out mittens, hats, and neck warmers. They are always looking for encouragement! Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries shares the love of Christ, given them Hope to carry them through these trying days we are in. The Lord is with Us, and NEVER leaves us! May we continue to be a light in these dark days!

OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER 2022 - As the cool weather arriving here in Tulsa, Oklahoma we were reaching out with the our supply of Outer wear, fleece jackets, and blankets. Praise the Lord for all the donations, prayers, and help! We (Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries) appreciate your generosity. Not only us but the recipients have been very grateful for all they are provided. We are reaching more with your help! On any given Outreach we are reaching 100 to 150 precious people. 

​

The precious people still love the hot dogs grilled on the black stone. We enjoy getting to know a bit about each of them and share the Love of Christ as they wait patiently for the hot dogs to be grilled! 

​

We also share kettles of soups with them - chicken noodle, and wild rice soup, they love both!

​

Was Blessed with a trip out west for tent revival in Sacramento, California! Then off to Wisconsin/Minnesota for Christmas traveling back to Oklahoma for the New Year! The best is yet to come! I love visiting my family, but I love my family here in Oklahoma! I have been chosen!

Looking for big changes in 2023! - To be the best God has created me/us to be!

 

 JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER 2022 - It has been preparation time here in Tulsa. Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries has been gearing toward the cooler months, making plans to give blankets, jackets, hats, mittens, cowls (neck warmers) to God's precious people.

 

We have been out on the streets with other ministries sharing the Word, providing food, and clothing.

 

When Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries is doing Our part God provides ALL we need to do what He has called us to do! Praise the LORD!

APRIL, MAY, JUNE 2022 - Jesus said "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature". Mark 15:16 Sharing the GOSPEL can look different to many. JANUARY, FEBUARY, MARCH 2022 - Happy New Year!!! Jesus is Lord!!! What exciting times we are in!! God is moving mightily. For the Lords word says; We were born for such a time as this. - Esther 4:14 He has called us to do His work, To be His hands and feet! To be compassionate for the lost and dying world. Matthew 9:36-38 But when He saw the multitude, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. 37) Then He said to His disciples "The harvest truly is plentiful, the laborers are few. 38) "Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest." Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries continues to share the LOVE of CHRIST - The Gospel, food, clothing, blankets, Outer wear, and toiletries with the precious people. We are excited to see many people coming along side us with support. Thank You!

DECENBER 2021- Merry Christmas! JESUS IN TH REASON FOR THE SEASON!!! (book of Luke). Thank you all for the giving of your time, money and prayers!! We greatly appreciate all your support! Matthew 25:40 - "When you do to the lest of these, My brethern you did it to Me". Our team gathered together and had some fellowship (Iron sharpens Iron - Psalms 27:17 while making gift bags for Gods precious people. Some was given out here in Tulsa, OK. And some was given out in a couple areas in the Northern states while visiting for Christmas.  We never stop sharing the Love of CHRIST Mark 16:15 - Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. MANY cookies were baked to share. I thank God he gives us strength to continue to do what we do. When arriving in Minnesota my one grandson and I gave gift bags out in one location then went to another and gave outer wear (being led by the SPIRIT)! Romans 8:14 - For all who are being led by the SPIRT of GOD, these are sons of God. What a blessing to be sharing with the young generation. Mason loves going out with me sharing the Love of Christ!! HAPPY 4th ANNIVERSARY to Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries (December 1st 2017).

 

NOVEMBER 2021- HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! 4 Outreaches this month! Wow where has the time gone?? We are coming up on our 4 year mark for the start of Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to all who have been part of the GROWTH!!! Hebrews 12:1 - Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. We have been BLESSED with many COATS, BLANKET, and clothes to share. We have been able to continue to grill hotdogs with nice Sunday afternoons! Our team went out on THANKSGIVING late morning sharing some hot chocolate, and the Love of Christ with Gods precious people. All who were very GRATEFUL!! Again HAPPY TAHNKSGIVING! Psalm 136:1 - Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.

 

OCTOBER 2021 - October we are off and running!!! Soup for the Soul has been collecting COATS and BLAKETS and preparing them to be given out! We have enjoy sharing clothing, outerwear and food with the people!!! We are excited to bring on another team member for a season!!! Love how God provides!!! We just have to be obedient and stand on His word!!

 

Sharing a testimony of a young lady that had came to one of the outreaches and a team member had prayed with her and for her. The young lady shared how Victoria prayed for her back to be HEALED. Isaiah 53:5 - He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.  She stated how she never asked for prayer on her back yet Victoria had prayed. 1 John 4:4 - You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who lives on the inside of you is greater than he who lives in the world. She had shared how her boyfriend had prayed for her many times and she still had pain. She stated since Victoria had prayed she has not had any pain!!! Mark 16:18 They will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. Glory be to God!!!

 

Also came into agreement with her about some items that was stolen from her and her boyfriend. We are BLESSED to be the hands and feet of Jesus!

SEPTEMBER 2021- During the month Of September we have been BLESSED with a couple of new team members!!! One of them is just 11 years old wanting to share the love of Christ with the people!!! Proverbs 22:6 - Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it. We have been grilling more HOTDOGS and sharing the love of CHRIST with many!!! Gods people love our Hotdogs!!! So much fun hanging out grilling talking with the precious people and sharing Gods love with them!!! Proverbs 17:22 - A merry heart does good, like a medicine. But a broken spirit dries the bones. Blessed to be a Blessing. We are also gearing for the cooler months approaching and to start collecting COATS and BLANKETS! This month we were blessed with a variety of tennis shoes to share. What a BLESSING to be a BLESSING!!!

AUGUST 2021- What an exciting month!!! Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries was out doing the work of the Lord every weekend! Iron sharpeneth iron so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friends. --- Proverbs 27:17 

For the first time we used a black stone grill and served up hotdogs on our outreach!!!

One of Gods precious men "Charles" had been coming to our site each time we were out and would stay for sometime talking to us about his life and the challenges that he was facing. Asking for prayer. We would talk with him and talk about what Gods word said and then pray. He not only was seeking from us, but from others that were out there serving the Lord. He was "HUNGRY". Well  Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries  gave him his own bible with his name engraved on it and also invited him to help with the ministry when we are in the area. So Charles has helped us with grilling the hotdogs!!! Praise the Lord!!! Yes as we are out there serving the Lord and there is others who are asking why "He gets to be doing what he is doing"? We share with them what we have seen with Charles.

 

We truly are BLESSED and HIGHLY FAVORED!!! WE are BLESSED to be a BLESSING!!!

Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries also took time to go to a REVIVAL in Adair, Oklahoma.

We have been touched and rejuvenated by the this REVIVAL.

JULY 2021- Trusting everyone had a wonderful Independence Day celebration of Our FREEDOM!!! Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries sure did!!! Not only FREEDOM for our country but for FREEDOM from the CHAINS of whatever SIN has been broken off us because of our confession "Jesus is Lord"!!! Who the SON sets FREE is FREE indeed!!! --- John 8:36

We took to the streets three times to serve Gods precious people with food, water, gatorade, clothing, blankets, socks, Gods word and prayer with time to listen to some of the precious people and their concerns, teaching them how to work through them, renewing their minds with Gods word. FAITH comes by hearing and hearing the word again. --- Romans 10:17

There also was a REVIVAL that we went to - many SALVATIONS, HEALINGS, and CHAINS BROKEN off them from witch craft and evil spirits.

 

JUNE 2021- June was an exciting month!!! Happy Fathers Day to all our fathers. And to OUR HEAVENLY FATHER who never leaves us nor forsakes us!!! --- Hebrew 13:5  We had two Outreaches trying to meet the needs of the people and being led by the SPIRIT. We gave out toiletries, cookies, gatorade, Gods word and PRAYER and encouragement through what seems to be difficult times. BUT GOD!!! Nothing is too big for Him! Trust in the lord with All your HEART. And lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him. And He shall direct your path. --- Proverbs 3:5-6 

If we seek the Lord and trust in Him to direct our path, then He shall get all the GLORY!!! During my working hours this month I was lead to "go by here or ask them" RESULTS = SALVATION!!! I met two different people Carol and Ricky at different times, in different places. All orchestrated by GOD. Right place at the right time!! ALL THE PRAISE AND THE GLORY IS THE LORDS!!

 

MAY 2021- Hope all the mother's had a wonderful Mother's Day!!! 

We continue to share the LOVE of Christ - weather we are sharing the WORD, food, or clothing. Whatever God has called us to do. We abide in FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE, but the greatest of these is LOVE. --- 1 Corinthians 13:13 

 

APRIL 2021- How exciting to know God is  moving!!! The lord was preparing hearts as we entered into Easter Sunday!! I knew I was to go out and minister to His precious people though it was as not as I pictured it!!! "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways, says the Lord". --- Isaiah 55:8  

​

I was to share a my Nephew's testimony, but not by voice but by paper!! You see I was to have help that day however things changed as they tipically do!!! Yet I know that I know when I hear from the Lord that " All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose". --- Romans 8:28 

​

So I was prepared "through Him who strenghtens me"!!! --- Philippians 4:13

​

I shared that this was a day of Jesus being alive!!! He has RISEN!!! and we can have ETERNAL life through Christ Jesus!!! 

​

As I was there sharing the LOVE of Christ with His presious peopel, two men came to me and asked for prayer. I shared with them Romans 10: 9-10 --- That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God hsa raised Him from the dead, you are saved. 10 - For with the heart one believes unto righteness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Praise the Lord!!! two more into the Kingdom!!!

We continue to be the hands and feet of Christ!!!

 

MARCH 2021- March is rekindling the New Birth heading into spring. All things are made new! We are being transformed!!! Hallelujah!!! I believe there is many people who are coming to know God as their Abba Father. Yes we/I know that Jesus died on the cross for me, but I didn't know what my inheritance was/is... That's the "GOOD NEWS". Mark 16:15  - "We are to go into all the world and tell them the "GOOD NEWS". 

 

Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries is in preparation to step out and Share the Gospel in a new way. We have been/still building a relationship with God's Precious people with food, clothing, ect. yet now we will be sharing our testimonies/word of God with the many more of Gods Precious people. There is something (FAITH) about hearing and hearing the word of God. - Romans 10:17 How someone has over come something in there own life!!! To think we are not alone... Being with like mined people....  We have been able to feed, clothe, and minister to Gods Precious people and give them FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE.

 

FEBRUARY 2021- February is Love ... We are to love one another as Jesus loved us!!! - John 13:34. Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries was able to go out three times in February!!! We gave hats, mittens, gators, jackets, blankets, toiletries, and Valentine treat bags!! It's such a Blessing to see how God puts things together perfectly to the ones that LOVE Him. He makes a way where there is no way!!  It's in the little things! It was Valentines Day early Sunday morning, (after Saturday night filling Gift Bags) with a cup, hot chocolate mix, marsh mellows, a few pieces of candy, socks, and Gods word. The snow storm was on its way and I heard "go"!!!  As I headed out the snow was falling and it was bitterly cold (when I say that it has to be cold - I am from WI)!!! None the less we are the hands and feet of Christ!!! As I started to hand these bags out to the people I would hear "I have not received a gift in 30 years"!!! I knew then why God said "GO". Its in the little things! He knows the desires of our hearts!

We have also started our first house meeting (bible study)! Exciting

JANUARY 2021- Happy New Year!!! What a year it has been!! We give all the GLORY to the Lord for all He has done in, through, and around us!! I was in WI/MN for Christmas and as I was preparing to go. I felt that I was to do some Outreach while I was there. One day my oldest grandson (Mason) and I went to the Salvation Army in MN to see if we could share some of our "gators" (neck warmers). They had mentioned because of covid we were not allowed to come into their facility. They did offer us a direction to go and "possibly" to give out the gators!!! So on our way we went. Only walking a few steps and we met "Mark" I asked if he would like a gator and his response was absolutely!!! I placed it on his neck and the expression on Marks face said it all. He was very grateful! I asked if I could pray for him and he said "yes" Mason was taken this all in (he had not done street ministry before). Leaving Mark we continued to walk toward the area where we were to go. As we approached the area we were seeing several people. That day we handed out 50 gators and prayed for several people!!! Mason LOVED going out and sharing the Love of Christ. A couple days before, Mason's family "adopted" a family, so we purchased different things for them and placed it on their porch, rang the doorbell and ran so they did not know who it was! What JoY that was! We also decorated envelopes, placed some money it them, then off to share them with people.  Mason and his younger brother handed them out to they felt should have them!!! The people were so grateful!! One of the recipients was an elder women stating after opening it up! "she really needed that"  Its a blessing to be a Blessing!!! In the month of December we did have two Outreaches here in Oklahoma, feeding the hearts and souls of God's Precious people with food, outer wear, jackets, and blankets.

 

DECEMBER 2020 - As we round the corner to end out 2020, Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries had two Outreaches in the month of December here in Tulsa Oklahoma and one in MN (my grandson and I took to the streets with the word of God and gators (neck warmers) while I was there in for Christmas!  We had one with Outer wear, and one with Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup here in Oklahoma, both with God's word.  I have to say it has been the BEST YEAR YET! We have had to continue to "TO KNOW HIS VOICE", "GO WHEN WE ARE TO GO", "BE STILL AND KNOW HE IS LORD"!, "TAKEN OUR THOUGHTS CAPTIVE", "WALKING BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT". We are continuing to call in a GREAT HARVEEST of SOULS! " For GOD so LOVED THE WORLD, He GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, that WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM shall have ever lasting LIFE! We continue to see SOULS calling out to GOD! Because really the REASON for the SEASON is that no one should parish! MERRY CHRISTMAS! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

NOVEMBER 2020 - We have been continuing to PRAY, FEED, COLLECT, and GIVE. We have had a few new VOLUNTEERS join our team. A lady from Wisconsin has donated several fleece gators (neck warmers) and some fleece hats to our Ministry. A BIG THANK YOU to her. We continue to receive requests for prayers, blankets, and jackets. We have been serving our HOMEMADE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP which they all LOVE. Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries has been making connections with more Ministries that are reaching out to the community. 

 

OCTOBER 2020 - As we are obedient to GOD, we are seeing a harvest with His people coming into the kingdom of GOD. As we reach out, we are hearing testimonies of how they remember receiving from Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries. One of the testimony was of a women who received a cowl (neck warmer) in 2017 on one of our Outreaches. She stated that it was the best gift given to her and that she "held on to it" for a long time (eventually she lost it). Warmed our hearts, and she received a "new one" that particular day along with a hat and mittens. A BIG THANK YOU to a gentlemen from Wisconsin who donated (cheese and red sauce) to help feed the precious people.

 

SEPTEMBER 2020 - We having been preparing for our up coming season of cooler weather gathering gently used blankets and coats. Continually searching out VOLUNTEERS to help sew cowls and to GIVE into the Ministry. Seeing the rise of more people in need we continue to GIVE, LISTEN, ENCOURAGE, share the GOSPEL and PRAY. WE are the HANDS AND FEET OF JESUS! Blessed to be a BLESSING!

 

AUGUST 2020 - God continues to be FAITHFUL! We need to be still and know He is GOD. It's His will, not mine. Clothing continues to be a big NEED! We continue to receive items and go out to Gods precious people. With the NEED and the LABORS we do what we feel God has us to do. How one gentleman living in one of the shelters for 120 days last year now it buying a house this year! How exciting it is to see God move!

 

July 2020 - We continue to reach out to God's people. We maneuver with caution and guidance by the Holy Spirit with things changing daily at times to meet the needs of God's PRESIOUS people. We have been giving bandanas out for face coverings to those who wish to have one. We would continually ask for prayer for the Ministry and the people. We have received the acceptance letter for 501 c 3. Julia has joined Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries as one of the seamstresses that shares her talent in sewing our ear warmers, mittens, and cowls. We continue to look for more seamstresses and more ways to reach the community. Through our work we give God all the Glory for being our FAITHFUL FATHER.

 

June 2020 - During these times we continue to reach out to God's precious people with food and clothing along with the WORD of God! As we go out we talk and share about the world we are living in. The people mostly do not wear any protection and are up to date with knowledge on the current world news. We continue to pray for God's protection and guidance for the ministry team but also for His people. Soup for the Soul Outreach has found a garage that allows us to store the ministry supplies for a small monthly payment. It allows us to receive clothing, toiletries, books, ect. donations and a place to store them. We are Blessed to be a Blessing. Matthew 25:40 - Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.

 

May 2020 - Wow what a fantastic month of May! Soup for the Soul Outreach has been able to have two clothing outreaches along with two food outreaches. We have given many bibles, tracts, and prayers! As always the people are so thankful. We are also working on our supply of fleece jackets, cowls, mittens, and hats for the up coming season. Because of our demand for these items we are seeking more seamstresses to fulfill our need. We will be reaching out to the community for these items also, they can be gently used or new. We also would ask for prayers on partnering with the ministry. Moving forward with the start of 501 c 3 application. Let all the GLORY BE TO GOD!

 

April 2020 - During what seems to be a difficult time Soup for the Soul outreach has been continually seeking ways to help Gods Precious people. In talking with His people there seems to have been a shortage of clothes for them. However God supplies all our needs and this time is no different. We have received an abundance of clothes so that has been our focus for April. Also we have been blessed with many bibles and tracts that the people love to receive. It is a Blessing to be a Blessing.

 

March 2020 - Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries has always been led by the Holy Spirit. And the month of March has been no different! Our focus during the month of March has been Toiletries, clothes, and Gods Word. We are also teaming up with other's to fill the needs of God's PRECIOUS people. We are continuing to pray for the direction of the ministry and to be guided by the Lord.

 

FEBRUARY 2020 - Always have an ear for the HOLY SPIRIT! Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries went out to the streets in Tulsa (being led by the HOLY SPIRIT) with Meaty Nacho Cheese with Chips, water, sweets, and as always Gods word (weather it is a Bible, Tracts, Pocket Books or Our Testimony). This particular day the team was led to "GO" into the streets not knowing it was a "BIG" game day. As the team served, the People were making comment to it being a "game day". It seemed to give them some normalcy to what may have seemed to be a typical day. Though there was something different! A young man continued to come back and get more! He was looking for something! Reaching out in conversation with him one of the team members asked "can we pray for you?"  His response was to pray for his family, so we did . Then the team was prompted to inquire about his relationship with the Lord. Well lets just say "HE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME!!!!!! SALVATION :). ALL THE GLORY BE TO GOD!!!!!  

 

Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries has been reaching out to the community with clothing that has been donated to us. Also we continue to reach out helping other Organizations lending a hand. We want to be the hands and feet of God

 

JANUARY 2020 - HAPPY NEW YEAR!  What a year we have had! God is moving mightily. We have been able to reach more of God's Precious people through God's WORD, food, outer wear, clothing and toiletries. We have been making connections with the public to get our more volunteers, prayers, and financially support .  We are looking at purchasing an enclosed trailer, tables and chairs so God's Precious people can have a seat and Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries will have Preach on the streets of who we are in CHRIST.

DECEMBER 2019 - As we were ending 2019 we participated with Gods precious people feeding them to fill there SOULS both naturally and spiritually. The people enjoy when we show kindness to them, supply them with basic needs. I think you might say the COMPASSION they receive is truly God's way of communicating with them. It's a bright light for them! All the GLORY be to God, we are just vessels. Please consider to partner with us as we move forward into 2020.

 

NOVEMBER 2019 - We have gone out on two Outreach Ministries in the month of November with such an success with both of them.

 

1. Our goal was to reach out with the coats that we received from our "coat gathering" along with our stocking hats, fleece cowls, and mittens and give to God's precious people . They were so delighted in the new warmth the received both PHYSICALLY and SPIRITUALLY. To see their faces light up when they feel the warmth the have received is priceless and such a BLESSING to know WE/You are making a difference. 2. As Thanksgiving was coming upon us we were given  a 13 pound ham and thinking what we could do differently with it (knowing there would be a few different groups coming out to share there "GRATITUDE". So we got creative! We cooked the ham along with a 13 pound turkey and made ham salad, and turkey salad, hot chocolate with marsh mellows, and a bag of sweets along with several scripture of "GRATITUDE". We prayed over the food (especially the salads - told God to multiply like He did with the fish and loaves). THANKS BE TO GOD we served 90 people, that is the most we have served at one time!. They were so surprised with the choices (white or wheat bread along with ham or turkey salad). AGAIN SUCH A BLESSING !!! Please feel free to CONTACT US on how you may help. When on one of our Outreaches in September they asked if someone was going to give a sermon? We are always sharing GOD'S WORD however Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries is believing for tables and chairs (and a trailer to store them between Outreaches) so that the people can come sit a while, hear God's Word while enjoying great food and to be able to take a load off themselves. We want to reach the people both with Spiritual and Physical needs. We are looking to give them HOPE, and ENCOURAGEMENT. 

 

OCTOBER 2019 - October was a month of transition; we were making plans of how our months moving forward looked like. We reached out to God's precious people with His Word, fleece jackets, and food. We continue to be blessed as we are a Blessing!

 

SEPTEMBER 2019 - We have been connecting with merchants in the community to gather new and gently used outer wear.

 

AUGUST 2019 - We are up and moving in Tulsa Oklahoma!!! We went connecting with God's PRECIOUS people. While we were out sharing God's LOVE, we were able to pray, speaking life. For one man wanted a job to support his family. Shortly after prayer and still speaking with his wife he came running saying "he got a job" !!! HALLELUJAH - ASK AND IT SHALL BE GIVING, SEEK AND YOU SHALL FIND!  We serve a good God. 

​

We are also are reaching out to the community to see how each of us can do our part in the up coming season as weather gets cooler.

First Miracle ~ Jesus feeding the 5,000 with 5 loaves and 2 fish~~Matthew 14:13-21

Second Miracle ~ Jesus feeding 4,000 with 7 loaves pf bread and 1 fish~~ Matthew 15:32- 39, Mark 8:1-9

In Matthew 25:35-40 ~~~ Doing for others that are in need, the King will say~ "Assuredly inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethern, you did it to Me".

 

June and July 2019 - Trusting that God has been blessing everyone and we are REJOICING at all times! As June and July were nearing I was preparing to go to Wisconsin and visit family and with taken care of "business". As I was looking forward to doing some Outreach Ministry in the northern states. My plan consist of GODS WORD, some sandwiches, fruit of some sort and a drink. I wanted to share what I do here in Tulsa, Oklahoma with my (little) loved ones up north.

PROVERBS 3: 5-6   says  (5) Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding (6) in all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

​

Before even leaving Tulsa area I knew that what was planned had already been derailed in the NATURAL in so many ways! BUT GOD !!! 

​

HE had plans for me, people and places for me to see and places be: GOD DOES NOT PUT OUR MINISTRIES IN A BOX, NEITHER SHOULD WE!

​

I celebrated a birthday with a very special person who turned 12 years old. Cherishing the time together. Helping out during the time his little brother was born. GOD DOES NOT PUT OUR MINISTRIES IN A BOX, NEITHER SHOULD WE!

 

I was there to embrace a friendship of a dear friend, celebrating his life here on earth but also in heaven. Being there several times for visits and encouragement for his family while he was on hospice. They were encouraging me as I was taken care of "business". 1 Corinthians 15:55  Oh death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory? How Blessed we are! GOD DOES NOT PUT OUR MINISTRIES IN A BOX, NEITHER SHOULD WE!

A prompt phone call to a friend I had not seen in 3 years and inviting myself to her house 6 hours away only to find she was in need of some help around her house/property. Food, fellowship, and fun! God is so good. Right on time! GOD DOES NOT PUT OUR MINISTRIES IN A BOX, NEITHER SHOULD WE!

​

The "business" I went there for was delayed for about a month which also made the "work" more intense because of the "finish time frame". But God!!! I had a couple young men that have been dear to me  (I was their Aunt Netch) open up their homes, hearts, and hands. Sharing how it has been since their mother pasted away 2 years ago. I was able to share memories, talks, and adventures with them while taken care of "business". We all were getting refreshed and renewed and reconnected. But God!!! GOD DOES NOT PUT OUR MINISTRIES IN A BOX, NEITHER SHOULD WE!

As I was getting ready for my visit/business to end I was reflecting back on the whole journey and I felt I walked away REFRESHED, RENEWED AND READY TO RUN THE RACE! What was unsettled in the NATURAL was placed at feet of JESUS. 1 PETER 5: 5-7   (5) God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble". (6) Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, (7) casting all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you. GOD DOES NOT PUT OUR MINISTRIES IN A BOX, NEITHER SHOULD WE!

I am looking forward to the ADVENTURES. JEREMIAH 29:11  (11)For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (12) Then you will call upon me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. (13) And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. GOD DOES NOT PUT OUR MINISTRIES IN A BOX, NEITHER SHOULD WE!

MAY 2019 - HAPPY MOTHERS DAY.  05/12/2019 Soup for the Soul Outreach downtown Tulsa - women's feminine bags (Mother's Day), Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup, water, and God’s WORD. We served around 50 people soup and several were turned away. Also gave printouts of ~ Who We Are in Christ, about Salvation, and some of God’s PRECIOUS Word (Our Homemade Tracts). As always they PRECIOUS people were GRATEFUL of what they received. God Bless and as always THANK YOU FOR YOUR GIVING!  "And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethern, you did it to Me.' ~~~~~~ Matthew 25:40

 

April 2019 - Happy Resurrection Day. He Has Risen! Today was the day that Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministry went to reach God's PRECIOUS people Being sensitive to the Holy Spirit , you will be guided into all things... We shared sweets, water, pocket bibles, pocket books In Him, and The New Birth, children prayer books, toiletries - toothbrushes, toothpaste, bar soap, shampoos. Today after we handed out all the items. I was able to share my testimony about how GOD pulled me out of... the despair life of alcoholism, smoking cigarettes, and also shared a few testimonies of different healings I have been BLESSED with. In ACTS 19:11- 12 God brought special MIRACLES by the hands of Paul , So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons and the disease departed from them and the evil spirits went out of them. I shared an anointed handkerchief with one of the ladies. You see in the bible it says we will do greater things than JESUS!!! Meditate on that for a moment!!! I am BLESSED to be BLESSING.

 

March 2019 - Hat, mitten, and cowl Outreach - meeting people where they are. We found several young men who received from us this cool March night. In asking if they had a prayer request most would respond with a job, and or their families. When asking where the would spend the night their response is they really did not know, but was very grateful to receive. It truly is heartfelt when you place the cowl over their head so their neck is warm, or mittens on their hands or a hat on their head. There is a instant change in them, we have given them a glimpse of hope!

    * Was able to give a prayer cloth to one of my customers who rode in the taxi with me. He shared how his sister wanted him to go into a nursing home because he was "diagnosed with cancer". When I shared with him about Jesus took our sicknesses and diseases to the cross he said "that's right". I was able to pray for him along with given him one of our anointed handkercheifs (Acts 19:12). You see Jesus said "whoever BELEIVES in me will do the works I have been doing and they will do GREATER things than these". 

 

FEBRUARY 2019 - Outreach downtown Tulsa -  Soup, biscuits, water, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, socks, and 100 bags of sweets (valentines day), small bibles and pocket books - In Him, and The New Birth ~ BY : Kenneth E Hagin

    * The people were HUNGRY naturally and spiritually- they were very grateful and receptive to the Word of God.

​

One man said to me that he ended up this way (homeless) because of alcohol and drugs. I shared with him my story to give hope to another way of life ~ to put our trust in Jesus.

 

There was a lady who was gathering what she could (food, clothes, books, sweet ect.) to take back to the place she called home and to share with the others that lived under the same roof as her.

 

Yet another man who needed prayer for some children.

 

JANUARY 2019 - Outreach to downtown Tulsa to serve God’s precious people with some homemade chicken noodle soup. The people were very grateful. 

 

     * was able to pray for a lady who had health issues

     *TESTIMONY - was called out to pick someone up (3 younger people). As we were traveling they were asking about the business and how busy I was. Shared the flexibility, of  Outreach ministry. When We hear from the Lord, we go out and minister. Told them about 5 days earlier I heard soup on Sunday. I did not know it was going to storm or be cold. That was the leading of the Holy Spirit! One of the men (woody - Jacob) said I’ve had your soup before in downtown Tulsa!!! A little while later I was sharing with (Joshua - the other young man) that we were in downtown Tulsa with “soup and sweet bags - a cup, packet of hot chocolate mix, and some little sweet treats” his words were THANK YOU! I said "you were there?" and he said "yes! THANK YOU!". What a BLESSING, to be a BLESSING.

In 2018 Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries (AKA - JJ Ministries at the time) has severed over 600 of God's Precious people - with soup, hats, mittens, scarves, money, prayers, and above ALL Jesus kind of LOVE!!! It truly has been a BLESSING to be a BLESSING.
