The vision is to SERVE the people.... Not just serve people.... When Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries was birthed I heard the Lord say that it would not just be Soup, but for it to be HEARTY SOUP, not to just serve, but SERVE as we were serving the LORD!!!
Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries goes out into the community and meets people where they are. Sharing the HOPE and LOVE that is in us. That not only did Jesus die on the cross but that He rose again. We who BELIEVE have a huge INHERITANCE! We not only are SAVED but that JESUS BORE OUR SICKNESS and DESEASES (Mathew 8:7) and that WE ARE MADE NEW (2 Corinthians 5:17). We use our God given gifts to disciple and share the LOVE of JESUS CHRIST. Together we create light, and darkness will not prevail!
Rachel - started sewing at a young age and she has blessed Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries with many pairs of fleece mittens and cowls (neck warmers). We also are blessed with someone out of Wisconsin that is providing us with "Gators" (neck warmers). She sews them then sends them to us in Oklahoma. God will provide!!
Annie - heard about the vision and she has supplied Soup for the Soul Outreach Ministries with many crocheted hats.
